Positive Psychology emerged a few years ago thanks to the decisive impulse Professor Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania. This approach is characterized by studying the most positive aspects of being human. Among its objectives are the study of the physiological basis of prosperity and happiness, traits that allow us to successfully overcome difficult life situations or the application of effective strategies to promote positive qualities such as optimism, life satisfaction and positive emotions in our lives.
