I have worked in the area of ​​human resources as a Directive and as an Assistant Manager, and for 17 years in the consulting business dedicating both the area of human resources, and the management area. This experience gives me an overview of the organization in which it ceases to be the sum of individuals to be a system of its own, with a culture, with objectives and values, with a particular communication with its particular way of motivating and to ensure that each of the participants believe that the organization is an important part of it, because each and every one of the members make the organization meets its purpose in both its economic and social aspect. I have worked in the Financial Department and Internal Organization for more than 15 years in both SMEs and multinationals. I developed optimizing internal processes improvements coordinating with the other areas of the organization in companies diverses dimensions. People emphasize their attitude and willingness to changes and adaptability in today’s changing and dynamic environment. This I think teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision and the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. The achievements of an organization are increased when the individual results of bind each team.
