Efficacy of coaching on the processes for business improvement


cometespre2In the current business context, practices focused on personnel training and development constitute key tools for managers. This work analyzes the efficacy of a new technique related to personnel training and development: coaching. Using a sample of 40 SMEs, the effects of executive coaching have been studied in depth to highlight its impact on the implementation of processes for improvement within companies.
